Employee Spotlight: Oscar, Sales Executive
Before onboarding with PassionAir Sales Executive Oscar, had worked in B2B and B2C sales functions. Now, with his diverse sales background and a bachelors in finance, he will be part of our sales department’s retail team.
We speak to Oscar about his role at PassionAir, what keeps him motivated, what he enjoys doing most in a sales job, and some interesting facts about himself.
Q1. What are you doing at PassionAir?
Oscar: At PassionAir, I will attend to customers and address their sales enquiries from multiple sales channels. My favourite being at the showroom and during roadshows as I prefer to interact with customers in a more personable manner.
Q2. What do you enjoy doing most in a customer-centric role?
Oscar: Meeting people. I am always the person in the room who knows everyone. Because of my character I am having a good time at work, being able to build relationships with customers while attending to their queries on which product suits their requirements best, I actually get to learn about customers on a personal level as well!
Q3. Describe PassionAir in 3 words?
Oscar: PassionAir is Cool, Committed and Caring
Q4. Why do you have an American accent?
Oscar: I heard this a lot and I don’t really feel that I have an accent. But it is perhaps because I had lived in Boston for some time due to school and I had unknowingly picked it up.
Q5. What is your fondest memory of Boston?
Oscar: The friends I made in Boston will always be close to my heart. But the next thing that comes to mind would be Clam Chowder. I ate it almost every day as it was affordable and delicious.
