Q1. How similar and/or different is your previous role as compared to your new role at PassionAir?
Tracy: My previous role is similar to my current role at PassionAir in that both are about meeting the needs of the customers. At PassionAir, I will attend to its customers and address their queries and issues with regard to PassionAir’ s services and solutions. At the same time, I will take the opportunity to build good rapport with them as well.

Tracy: I enjoy building connections, talking to people, and meeting people from all walks of life. I would always ensure that the customers have a positive experience through my service.
Q3. What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
Tracy: I am still in the process of progressing myself to build a long-term career. On a personal level, I gained a lot of experience working in Singapore. And I feel that it made me grow more mature and independent as a person.
Q4. Being a Taiwanese what do you miss most about Taiwan?
Tracy: I FaceTime with my family often so I don’t really get homesick. But what I missed most will be how we celebrate mid-autumn festival! By getting together with family and friends for a barbeque!
Q5. What is your favourite thing to eat for lunch?
Tracy: The handmade noodles (ban mian) at the canteen near our office is really good, flavourful soup with lots of ingredients.
